• ​​​Assisted OMV with respect to the formation of Borouge Group International AG, creating a new global petrochemicals group headquartered in Vienna which is jointly controlled by OMV and XRG (Abu Dhabi).

• Assisted OMV with respect to an Asset Usage Agreement for the Borouge 4 integrated polyolefins production complex with a 1.4 million tonnes of polyethylene capacity.​

• Assisted Borealis with respect to the listing of Borouge on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX), raising gross proceeds of over $2.0 billion and marking it the largest-ever listing on ADX at the time.​

• Assisted Borealis with respect to the development of a world-scale polyethylene project in Kazakhstan together with United Chemical Company, a Kazakh state-owned company (project discontinued in 2020)​​
